I found it so funny when I mixed this the first time AND FORGOT THE METAL BALL. Did it matter? Absolutely not! It shook with 0 problems. The taste is phenomenal room temp or cold over ice, (Although I prefer it in the fridge, nice and cold.) I have always hated milky protein, but with the gym and goals to hit I choked it down. Now it feels weird that I don't have to, I can take this with me anywhere and it's as if I grabbed juice from home, but with 22g of protein haha. Almost completely through my tropical punch now and I can say it is a bit sweet, but honestly I like it that way. I will be buying the strawberry lemonade one, probably today honestly because I need more, and they get a 10/10 rating from myself, my boyfriend, my boss, and 3 of my closest friends, who have already or will be making purchases here in the near future. Keep doing what your doing guys because, damn I'm impressed.
